Dance Department

Laura earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance and Theater from Barry University in Miami, Florida. She performed with the Jamaican Association Dance Team, as well as the Barry University Dance Ensemble. She has performed classical ballet in the Nutcracker and Swan Lake with Bei Ling Ballet. Professionally, she has been trained in Ballet, Modern, Jazz, African, Caribbean, Hip-Hop, and Latin dance.

Born and raised in Connecticut, Laura is also an accomplished gymnast, who, prior to her relocating to Florida, was teaching and competing as a level 8 gymnast in the New England area.

It is her sincere wish to share her passion of dance with others and encourage all students to express themselves confidently in the world of dance.
